Stage Design Reflection

Process:

1) Find the box that is bigger than 30 cm.

2) Make the Paper Mache cover the box except inside the box.

3) Make the picture of the myths you has choose but don’t stick it yet.

4) Colour the box.

5) Make the wings.

6) Decorate it.                                    

                    When I compare this work to my friend work. I think their work is better than me. The score that I think I will get is 7 and 7 because I think when I do it I also change what it is going to be. Now I already finish this work. I think I should be improving about the step I do it because I don’t notice that the back of the box is come down but I already sick the background.                                

                     I already finished this work by using my work time to do as much work as I can so it would finish quickly. In this work, I want to improve on the stage. I think the front stage should has more decorate.

                   The background that I did is the picture of the big and one side has the castle and other side is the forest. I come from the story called The adventure of Ulysses. This picture is when Ulysses comes to the island that looks like that picture. So it was important to that part of this story.

                     If this work compare to the other art typed, I think this is like the decorate art work which use my decoration.

Stage design

On 07/03/07,

                               I has bring the box that I will use it for making my stage. The size of my is 34.4 cm. First thing I did make the papermache around this box except the background for this stage. The story that I will make for this stage is Ulysses when he went to the cattle of the sun.

Reflection of Paul Klee’s picture

On 21/02/07,                          Today I must finish my work. The problem in this work is that I think I can’t finish it by today and it may make me try to finish it as fast as I can. But I think that if I colour it too fast, the work will look trouble. So I try to make it finish by doesn’t talk to anyone while I a m working on it. On luch and after school I come back to working on it. In this work, I has learn about who is Paul Klee and how to colour the picture like his picture.

                         

 In my picture, the picture that I use to draw to represent me  and why:

-Cat because it’s my favorite animal

-flower because my house has a lot of flower.

- leaf because my house has a lot of tree and there also has a lot of leaf on the floor.

-book because I am the student.

-Water colour because I like to paint the picture with water colour.

-pencil because I use it every day.

-water because my name mean water.

-eraser because I use it with my pencil every day.

                      I think this style of art is look neat and it give me a feeling about problem because in each picture has the colour that look like it having a problem about the colour in its self.

To make it:

-Make a plan about the thing you will put in this picture

-Draw it

-make any style line that you like.

-Photo copy it

-In this photo copy, write the kind of colour that you will put in the each block

-write the colour in the each piece of picture (the same colour not supposes to near each other

-Colour it (cover all the line)

The grade that I get for this work is 8/8 for knowledge about it and 8/10 for making it. I think this grade already good but if I have more time. I will try to make it better but colour the place that not neat again.

 

This picture is Paul Klee’s picture. Paul Klee was a Swiss painter of German nationality. He was influenced by many different art styles in his work, including expressionism, cubism and surrealism.He was famous because he has study hard when he was young and has make a lot of the picture with is beautiful. In World War I, he has draw a picture called “the work of a sick mind” I think his picture is eminent because I think his picture look different from the other picture by the way he colour his picture.

Continune Colour the Picture

on 07/02/07,

                        I continune colouring my picture. I think I that impove today is to colour the in block. I felt that I look moer better and today finish 1/5 of the picture.

Colour the picture like Paul Klee’s picture

On 31/01/07,

                         Today I just started to colour my picture. I paint 1/6 of the picture. I try to make the colour that I paint is inside the line. The thing that I improve in this work is to colour inside the line. I think to colour it is not too difficult and not too easy.

Continue from last week

On 24/1/07,

                      Today, I continue from the last. I am planning about the colour that I will need to paint and the kind of colour for each block. The kind that  I can choose is primary colour, secondary colour, complimentary, analogous, warm colour, cool colour and monochrome. When I did this I think there was one problem that I has is that I think there was a lot of block and it’s hard to finish planner of a colour for all of thoses block in time. But I can finish this in time.

First week of term 2: Paul klee’s Picture

10/01/07,

                 The work is I need to make the picture like Paul Klee’s picture. Paul Klee is one of the artist. He was born in Swizerland. To  make like his picture, first I need to plane about the thing that I want to draw in my picture. Then in the final paper, I had to draw the grine. This grine can be any style I like. I choose to draw the line arcoss together.Then I had to draw the picture I plan. I had to think of the colour to put in each space in my picture. It can be any style of colour like cool colour, warm colour or analogous. The colour of the picture near it should not be the same colour and try to colour cover all the line. Today, I had finish drawing and next week, I will colour my picture.

Draw yourself!!!

On, 6/12/06,

                           I has to do the picture of myself. First, I should look myself in the mirror and then use the wash out for mypaper first. The last thing I did is draw my self. The problem that I has for this work is that I forget the thing that I should remenber to draw like the shape of something. I think it difficult to draw some part because I though if I draw it worng it will be hard to fix or I should redo it again. In the class I nearly finish this work already. Just some of the part. I think I can make it better by use a light line of colour before draw it because if I draw it wrong, the light line is hard to see.

Finish abstract Painting

ON 29/11/06,

           Today, I has finish abstract painting. I had learn who to do this work and how to use the colour to communicate in this abstract. My colour is light blue and it also communitcate a cold wind. I could be better if I try to make it dry after I finish the background. The problem that I has is that our teacher who teach art doesn’t come. So after I finish, everyone can do any thing. I think I should do this work because it can make me know how to do it and how to use it to communicate the feeling.

finish 20 squares

ON, 22/11/06

                        I have coutinune the work. I try to mixed the other tone of blue. Until I finish  20 square. Them I started to do the next part of the work. My meaning is the cold wind. So I did the abstract painting. First I did the plan and then I will do the painting for the picture. I think it could better, if I did the margine for the plan. It will be easy to do in the real picture.
